Stephen lives in Windsor, CT with his wife, Aysha, and their dog Maisy. Stephen & Aysha enjoy taking care of their small garden and relaxing on the back deck, by the fire in the winter, or by the pool in the summer! Stephen enjoys watching and analyzing sports with his Dad, particularly their favorite team the Pittsburgh Steelers! Stephen has been working in the real estate industry for 6+ years. He was a sales agent for 2 years gaining the necessary experience and knowledge in the local markets before transitioning into an operations role developing the systems and processes the Starr Team uses today. In 2023, Stephen took on a leadership role where he began overseeing the administrative team and the support system for all Starr Team agents.
